Sustainability Analyst

As a sustainability analyst you will play a key role in developing and implementing our sustainability strategy. You will be responsible for conducting research and analysis on a variety of topics related to sustainability, including energy use, greenhouse gas emissions, water use, waste, and sustainable procurement. You will also develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, and provide support on sustainability-related projects and initiatives.
Reporting to the group's VP Sustainability, you participate in developing Camfil´s group-wide sustainability work in close collaboration with different functions and personnel across the entire business. The role is located in Stockholm with possibilities to work remote.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand and analyze the company’s sustainability impact across all business functions
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of their expectations and needs
Identify opportunities for the company to improve its sustainability performance
Develop and implement plans to reduce the company’s environmental footprint
Track and report on progress against sustainability goals
Conduct research on emerging sustainability issues and trends
Support the development of sustainability-related policies and procedures
Manage data collection and analysis for sustainability reporting
Prepare sustainability reports for internal and external audiences
Coordinate with other departments to ensure that sustainability considerations are integrated into decision-making
Serve as a resource on sustainability issues for employees, customers, and other stakeholders
Stay up to date on developments in the field of sustainability

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this role we would like you to meet the following requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, sustainability, or related field
At least 2-4 years professional experience in sustainability or a related field
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience with data analysis and visualization software
Familiarity with environmental regulations
Fluent English is required

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s degree in environmental science, sustainability, or related field
Project management experience
Experience developing and implementing sustainability programs, and / or sustainability data collection and reporting
Fluent Swedish is an advantage
