Sustainability Analysts | Regulatory Compliance

We are currently seeking a talented Sustainability Analysts to play a key role in our mission towards a better world! As a Sustainability Analyst specializing in Regulatory compliance, you will be involved in the verification of the different regulations that a product shall comply with, to be sustainable and in accordance with the increasing regulations in the sustainability field. Your responsibilities will include tracking the regulatory changes related to sustainability, ensuring compliance with existing and upcoming regulations, and providing advice to the companies that require help to identify the risks and opportunities in their regulatory compliance programs. You will also generate proposals for the strategies to be implemented in the product development process or the business models to ensure compliance and long-term sustainability of the products or processes related. As a product development company, we focus on product compliance, but we understand the importance of the business strategy for the sustainability profile of a product.

Your technical bakgrund

- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Sustainable Business, Quality Assurance, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Econology or similar

- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in one or more of the following fields: CSRD and ESRS methodology and previous work done in other ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD-IFRS, TNFD, CDP, ISSB, IIRC, Global Compact, etc)

- Verification of regulatory compliance of the product (like REACH, RoHS, WEEE, Batteries Directive, ELV, Ecodesign Directive, Conflict Minerals, etc)

- Design and implementation of Sustainability Related Management Systems(ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 26000, ISO 45001)

- Due diligence and supply chain traceability process (OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains, CSDDD, C-BAM, Modern Slavery Act, Supply Chain Due Diligence Act, Norway Transparent Act, etc)
