Sustainability and Supply Chain Coordinator

OM TJÄNSTEN
The Sustainability and Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for administrative tasks concerning sustainability assurance and the logistic document administration of transportation. You will therefore handle documents regarding Swedish HBL, EU regulated ISCC, monitoring Code of Conduct and RSPO compliance, ISO14001 audits, SA800 compliance in addition to the internal environment management system (miljöledningssystem).

In addition you are responsible for the coordination of upstream supply chain processes for obtaining needed certification relevant to social and environmental sustainability.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Your main responsibilities are:

- Documentation and achieving all the inbound and outbound traffic

- Managing the buying, handling, storing and delivery process of biofuel products

- Placement and delivery of purchase orders

- Develop and maintain good client relationships delivering the very best in customer service.

This job is well suited to someone who is highly motivated and has the drive and enthusiasm in what can be a very challenging environment. You also need to be good at building relationships since the role will be client facing. You will get an in depth introduction to the company, its clients and suppliers. You will also get to travel and see both factories and meet colleagues and suppliers in Asia.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- University degree in environment/commercial/political studies or equivalent experience within the biofuel industry or NGOs

- Minimum 3 years working experience in relevant field

- Previous experience in logistics and/or shipping

- Knowledge in environmental regulations, policies and NGO agendas preferred

- Fluency in English and Swedish language

As a person you are a self starter and thrive at handling lots of information mentally. You are also quality-conscious and well organized, have flair for details and can cope well under pressure. To succeed in this function you must be truly conscientious and persistent in securing all relevant documents to ensure full compliance to both XLNT Biofuel and its customers? sustainability benchmarks.
