Arbetsbeskrivning
Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.
Scanias strategic accounts will play an important role in the transformation of our company. Our portfolio includes the global transport companies, key transport players in different industries but also transport buyers who approach Scania to find sustainable solutions. Our accounts are often at the forefront of the development and challenge us to develop new solutions and business models.
Our assignment is to work in close collaboration with the strategic accounts to deliver concrete CO2 savings and scaling of new technologies. We need these key stakeholders in the transport eco system to achieve our Science Based Targets and we expect that they will grow in importance in the coming years. Our feedback from the strategic accounts is that Scania can play an important role in the shift to sustainable transports but we will need to be creative, innovative and deliver business development to accompany the deployment of new technologies. In addition we continue to develop business with the international fleet customers to achieve growth in volume and EBIT with a global ambition and approach.
Professional and innovative business support will be fundamental to deliver upon our targets. We are currently building the competencies required within our Business Support function and these include complex sustainability analytics, business case development, Total Operation Economy (TOE) calculations aswell as specification competence and efficient administration.
We are now hiring two Sustainability / Business Analysts to strenthgen our team and improve our capability of supporting customers with the analysis needed to implement new technologies.

Your role is to perform analytical work to support the customer in their journey to sustainable transports - identifing saving potential in CO2 and the consequences in TOE. You could also support the process of optimizing specifications and support the customer interation with other tasks - as an example in tender processes. You will also support our internal processes with business cases and other tasks. You will often be interacting directly with the customer.
Your profile
We are looking for someone that gets excited by going into the details, whilst at the same time understanding how they affect the entire context. You are used to work in an environment where tight deadlines apply and are comfortable delivering towards it. Process and methodology development is something you consider an important capability within an organisation and feel comfortable contributing to. A background within financial planning and business case creation is meriting but also experience with sustainability and energy sources / renewable infrastructure would be an excellent contribution.
Good communication skills are required in the interaction with customers and business units. A good command of written and spoken English is a prerequisite and knowledge in additional languages is meriting. We expect that you have a university degree in business or engineering.
Working with strategic accounts in this time of transformation is a challenging but a very exciting and rewarding assignment. Our work will deliver concrete contributions to the decarbonization of the transport industry and our projects can inspire others to follow. Our team is dynamic, dedicated, determined to deliver world class account management and a significant contribution to the journey towards sustainable transports.
