Sustainability Communicator
IKEA Services AB, Helsingborg.

As a Sustainability Communicator you will work with IKEA Group functions to develop greater sustainability dialogue with IKEA co-workers globally. You will ensure messages and campaigns are developed in a relevant and engaging way. You will work with HR integration and help IKEA Group HR functions to integrate sustainability content into HR practices, including learning and development. You will also work with Media relations and develop content for media use, including input to or creation of press releases on key IKEA sustainability announcements, reactive statements on issue areas, and talking points for IKEA spokespersons.

Some of your responsibilities will be:
? Supporting our desire to be a great place to work by integrating sustainability into co-worker activities across IKEA.
? Ensuring IKEA co-workers are aware of, inspired by and engaged in IKEA?s sustainability work ? from stores to distribution centres and Group support staff.
? Working with HR on e-learning and other key tools to not only help raise awareness of how sustainability is part of all of our jobs, but to ensure co-workers have the adequate knowledge and understanding to do so.
? Working closely with others in the Sustainability Communication Team on joint activities including media relations, event management and material development.

Is this the right challenge for you?

To succeed in the role, you need to have good knowledge about the IKEA sustainability approach and share IKEA values.

You need to have strategic communication experience preferred from an IKEA company as well as media relations experience. You have a passion for communication, branding, sustainability and home furnishing - always with simplicity in mind.

As a person you are proactive, driven and have the ability to work successfully and thrive in a team environment. Of course you are great at communicating in English, both in writing and spoken.
