Are you a driven and analytical team player with a passion for numbers, calculations, and facts? We are now looking for a Sustainability Controller who wants to be a part of making Stena Line a leader in sustainability.
As a Sustainability Controller, you will become a part of a small team who’s responsible for the strategy and overall sustainability agendas at Stena Line. You will be a part of driving the change and supporting the organization where your contribution will be vital. Based on your calculations, we want you to help us prioritize the impact, cost, and benefits of our sustainability impact, it also includes answering questions from our customers and others.
Some of your key responsibilities:
- Analyse and evaluate sustainability initiatives by calculating and presenting results.
- Support in prioritization according to impact, cost/benefit, and visibility.
- Support the implementation of relevant environmental regulation and reporting needs.
- Maintain communication and represent the company to external stakeholders.
- Benchmark relevant data against data from other organizations.
- Follow up yearly KPIs against targets with Business regions and functions.
- Report data to external stakeholders like customers, society, and ESG rating institutes.

You will join our sustainability department and report directly to our Head of Sustainability. The team work very close together but also in collaboration with other in-house departments and stakeholders. Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years university degree in engineering, science, or economics.
- Experience in the sustainability field.
- Awareness of the shipping industry and emission calculation.
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
