About us
The Sustainability department at Scania Logistics is part of the Strategy & Business development organisation (OS). We are a small but dedicated team, working towards the vision to create a climate neutral, fair and circular logistic system.
Our mission is to lead the sustainability work within Scania Logistics globally and to connect to the overall company- and group sustainability strategies and targets. This includes facilitating the work with setting strategies, targets and roadmaps, to work with method development, to monitor upcoming legislations and to report and communicate on the progress within sustainability.
An essential part of the sustainability work is access to timely and accurate data. This is needed to live up to upcoming legislation with regards to non-financial reporting, but also to secure that projects that lead us to our targets are initiated and that expected results are reached.
Your tasks
We are now looking for a Sustainability controller and -developer with the following main tasks:
• Secure timeliness and reporting of monthly sustainability reporting throughout the Logistics organisation
• Together with local reporting functions analyse results and trends in the area
• Summarize KPIs and present monthly/quarterly analysis of results in a visual way
• Compile and present data for the annual sustainability report in collaboration with Group Environment and Communications
• Continuously improve data quality and accuracy in the area
• Be the primary point of contact for questions related to water, energy and waste, securing that Scania Logistics has roadmaps and activities that support overall company targets
• Collaborate with other sustainability functions within the company and participate in competence groups
Your profile
The ideal candidate has an interest for sustainability, but also a good numerical analytical skills. You are quality conscious, structured and has the ability to work independently. As you will have a wide network of contacts, good collaboration skills is an important quality.
Good knowledge in Excel and PBI is a requirement. You hold a university degree, preferably with focus on sustainability/environment. You may be in the beginning of your career, but previous experience from working as a controller or with sustainability is an advantage, as is basic knowledge about the GHG-protocol and GRI.
