About the role
The role of sustainability coordinator is new and the design of the service will be developed according to the needs of the business. The position is located within the strategy department and in the role you will work closely with the various departments within Energy Distribution and with E.ON Sweden's head of sustainability. The sustainability work within Energy Distribution is held together and managed in a Green team, with representation from the entire business and where the sustainability coordinator is given a key role in compiling and following up ongoing work.

In addition to the above, you will also work with:
* Responsible for the implementation of our sustainability strategy
* Drive development and implementation of the concrete roadmap to net zero together with the organization
* Lead operative projects within selected sustainability initiatives
* Evaluate the conditions and needs for sustainability initiatives / projects (fact and data collection, surveys, etc.)
* Document and follow up on ongoing sustainability projects
* Coordinate tasks, projects and colleagues by proactively collaborating with employees in different parts of the business
* Report progress in ongoing projects to the Green team
* Together with the Green team, ensure continuous development of sustainability work so that we can be a driving force in a sustainable energy transition
* Be a support and a resource for sustainability advice where needed in the business


Furthermore, you will work with external monitoring, benchmarks, stakeholder dialogues and our strategic communication on sustainability internally and externally, for example by producing material for a sustainability report, communication material around sustainability work and internal trainings.

About you that we want to hire
In order for you to have the best opportunities to succeed in the role, we believe that you have broad knowledge and understanding of sustainability issues. You probably have a university degree, preferably in the environment, energy system, sustainable development - civil engineer or equivalent, and preferably a few years of work experience from project management and work with sustainability issues, preferably in business.

As a person, we like to see that you have very good project management skills and the ability to independently own and run projects / modules / work packages within larger teams. You probably have excellent problem-solving ability and self-confidence to apply common strategy tools as well as the ability to quickly understand and assimilate complex topics.
We also want you to have a great commitment to show how we live as we learn in sustainability to promote the development of an even stronger sustainability culture

If you also have strong skills in analyzing business opportunities, competitors or market changes, developing action options and presenting them to top management, you are perfectly suited for the role!

You speak and write fluent English and have no problem working in an international environment.
