Aurobay is looking for a Sustainability Coordinator. As a global manufacturing company, we have an impact on the environment and therefore a responsibility to act and continuously work to minimizing this impact. We need to be the industry leader in sustainability by constantly improving ourselves, having a data-driven approach and engaging all our stakeholders. Our activities, products and services will be performed with care for the environment.

The sustainability operation is placed within the Quality organization and have a close cooperation all with R&D, purchasing, manufacturing and with our suppliers and customers.

What will you do?

As our Sustainability Coordinator you will help with our commitment of a sustainable future for our environment, our community, and our business. The work is divided into three focus areas: Environmental Impact, Circular Economy, and Responsible Business.

Our Sustainability Coordinator will do this by developing, implementing, and monitoring our company strategies actions plans. You will be active both at an operational and strategic level.

-Coordinate and align our targets and actions

-Benchmark best practice in the industry

-Support our suppliers and other stakeholders

-Build our competence in sustainability

You will work closely together with our Sustainability Manager and there is also a need for global alignment within the company.

Do you fit the profile?
To be successful in this role you need to have a passion for sustainability and experience from Circular Economy or Sustainability. You have a bachelor or master’s degree from university, and you need to be fluent in English.

You like communication, and are a curious person with high integrity, loyalty, systematical and agile thinking. You are self - driven and structured individual who enjoys collaborating with colleagues. You have positive attitude and want to be a part of the journey to build Aurobay, we hope that you’ll join our journey.
