As our Sustainability Director, you will be joining a young, dynamic company and a group of smart, fun-loving, and ambitious individuals who all share the same passion for making the world more sustainable using the impact and power of technology. The role as Sustainability Director

As the Sustainability Director, you will take ownership of Worldfavor’s sustainability strategy and work by ensuring successful integration with overall business strategy and goals. You will lead the way through different initiatives and projects, internally and externally, focusing on the three pillars of sustainability: environmental, social, and economical.

You will make sure that we as a team are up to date with the latest in sustainability and are happy to represent Worldfavor at webinars, events, and in media. A part of your role will also involve joining as an expert in sales and customer meetings.

Since sustainability encompasses the core of what we do, you will play a key role in our future success and work towards revolutionizing the market for sustainability platforms.

We are looking for you who:

- Are passionate about building, developing, and implementing sustainability through our entire value chain and in relationship with our stakeholders.
- Love to be up to date with the latest within sustainability (including regulations, frameworks, etc.).
- Will lead the way in educating employees, customers, and other stakeholders.


- Are eager to lead and develop our sustainability function.
- Will set, follow up, and report on our sustainability KPIs and targets.
- Are an experienced speaker and are happy to represent Worldfavor at webinars, events, and more.


Required qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience working with corporate sustainability within organizations and/or as a consultant.
- Comprehensive and diverse knowledge on sustainability topics, legislations, and regulations.


- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, spoken and written.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in for the role relevant education.
- Goal-oriented team player with the ability to effectively interact at all levels of the organization and across functions.


Extra qualifying experiences:

- Great speaker with experience from seminars, events, podcasts, and similar.

- Worked in a fast-paced company or a scale-up.
- Worked with sustainability data and analytics
