We are looking for a Sustainability Due Diligence Human Rights Specialist to join our HVDC business. This role is crucial in our sustainability journey, where you will be responsible for managing HVDC’s global due diligence human rights implementation.

Your responsibility
You will implement and governance of Hitachi Energy and HVDC standards for due diligence human rights including compensation plan
You will manage the overall HVDC Due Diligence Human Rights process on acquisitions, from initial screening to the final report with risk mitigations
Management and oversight of Due Diligence Human Rights in projects, strategic plan, and success metrics and follow up
You will involve in collaboration of cross functional on HVDC and Hitachi Energy level developing Due Diligence Human rights processes and tools
Risk mitigations in agreements, supply chain and project execution life cycle digital development of supporting tools

Your background
Bachelor’s degree within Sustainability or similar degrees within the sustainability area with Human Rights
You have experience in similar or related fields such as Human Rights, sustainability, HSE, Due Diligence work, processes and risk mitigation or supply chain management
You have prior experience in analyzing Due Diligence reports and risk mitigation
Experience working with industry supply chains and big organizations supply chain management and Due Diligence or Human Rights
Proficient in English communication
