We are creating the food range direction and sustainable range for the future, consolidating and developing our supply chain, integrating into the common digital landscape and moving to the heart of IKEA – Älmhult.
We are looking for Sustainability Leader for RA Food Services and RA Consumer Packaged goods reporting to RA Manager Food Services who has a strong passion in driving sustainability agenda. And what are your key drivers?
Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible to develop Food related parts of our Sustainability Strategy and also lead the implementation of it into our range which includes RA Food Services and RA Consumer Packaged Goods. Our goal is to create a positive impact for people, the planet, and society, and to enable people to live better lives within the limits of the planet. As a key leader, you will make sustainability an integral part of our business agenda and ensure that we deliver on our sustainability commitments and goals.
To be successful in this role we believe that you are able to:
Ensure a common understanding of IKEA's sustainability ambitions and make them relevant to Inter IKEA and Food
Be a key partner developing food parts and lead implementation of the Sustainability Strategy and align sustainability actions based on impact and relevance with functional managers in both RAs
Lead specific strategic sustainability projects for Inter IKEA and integrate sustainability parameters into range and product development
Develop and implement relevant sustainability goals, measurements, and follow-ups for Food in Inter IKEA
Support the business with sustainability expertise and prioritize decisions based on a holistic view of the sustainability agenda
Manage change and inspire stakeholders by facilitating workshops, competence development, and creating support material
Will be sparring partner for aligning Sustainability agenda with stakeholders in our value chain.

This is a permanent position at IKEA of Sweden in Älmhult.
