Sustainability Manager

We are now looking for a Sustainability Manager, a new position with responsibility for sustainability across the Semcon Group in collaboration with business areas and staff functions.

About the role

Your responsibility is to manage the sustainability work within the Semcon Group. Together with an internal network you will define, implement and follow-up goals and actions that will make a difference. You will support business areas to identify sustainability advantages in our offerings and clarify internal responsibilities among employees and managers. An important part of the role is to analyze and report our progress, especially towards the investment sector. Many of our deliveries generate great impact for our customers, and we need you together with the communication team to increase awareness of these projects and the positive impact our colleagues are making every day. You will also manage our CSR network, collaborations with partners and be our spokesperson related to these matters. In short, you will:

- Increase internal engagement
- Review goals and report progress
- Clarify sustainability aspects in our offerings and projects.


About you

- Positive and solution-oriented mindset with great drive
- Academic education in relevant field and insights into the tech business
- Sustainability expertise and experience from similar positions
- Analytic/structural abilities and experience to manage networks and workshops
- Communicative skills, writing/speaking freely in English & preferably Swedish
