About the role

The Sustainability & People Coordinator is a new role within the company. The key purpose of this role is to support the Chief Sustainability & Organization Officer (COSO) to achieve our sustainability vision by turning the company’s sustainability strategy into plans, projects, and actions. Another area of responsibility will be to help build a world-class workplace that focuses on values, performance, and results. You will report to the COSO and interact with other departments, the company’s supply chain, and other external stakeholders.

How you make an impact

- High energy and passion about sustainability and people management.
- Supporting the implementation of our sustainability and people strategies.
- Measuring our company's sustainability performance.
- Collecting and analyzing sustainability / HR metrics and KPIs.
- Supporting our supply chain in its sustainability progress.
- Communicating and coordinating with third-party stakeholders (e.g., NGO’s and government agencies).
- Assisting the external payroll function by providing relevant employee information
- Maintaining and updating databases and records.
- Organizing and preparing documents, and ensuring employees receive adequate support.


What you bring

- Experience in sustainability work and basic knowledge of HR processes.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and projects appropriately.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks
- Great problem-solving and analytical skills to manage daily administrative tasks.
- Taking responsibility for own actions and following through on commitments.
- Working ethically, with integrity, and maintaining confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal / written skills in English and Swedish.
- Being proficient in MS Office applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Preferably +2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Relevant university degree or equivalent experience.
