As a Sustainability Project Leader, you will help drive implementation of our sustainability targets and contribute to the development and execution of our long-term business and sustainability plans.

Skills and Experience
- MSc with a strong focus on sustainability and project management or equivalent practical experience.
- Project/organizational management well-structured/organized. This requires an ability to prioritize between many tasks, as well as having great skills in planning and time management.
- Social flexibility/people skills - We need someone who knows how to motivate people to get things done, spread good energy and someone who get along well with others.
- Strong passion for sustainability.
Your role at Aurobay
As a Sustainability Project Leader you will:
- Drive and coordinate sustainability projects.
- Drive implementation of our sustainability targets, including data collection from relevant parties and report KPIs to our Sustainability Manager
- Help collect data and prepare our carbon footprint report according to the GHG protocol.
- Assist our Sustainability Manager with tasks within our strategic sustainability areas of Cutting emissions, Circular business and Caring business conduct.
