To succeed in this role you need:
• Education in relevant field
• Prior experience with sustainability data and reporting
• Strong ability to prioritize, provide clear directions and multi-task
• Good judgement and ability to make sound and people and planet positive decisions
• Experience in data processing and reporting
• High computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent English language skills, oral and written
• Ability to work independently as well as interdependently

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Sustainability Reporting and Data Specialist you will contribute to sustainability decision-making and performance follow-up within Ingka by delivering the right data with the right tools to the right people at the right time. That will allow continuous follow-up of achievement towards the IKEA Group Sustainability Strategy goals and improving Ingka’s impact on people and planet.
Amongst many tasks you will:
• Develop, implement, and lead data collection systems and tools for sustainability to ensure that reports are up to date and relevant
• Be responsible for consolidating and coordinating sustainability data in all reporting tools to ensure they are accurate and timely
• Be responsible for the annual reporting cycle
• Be responsible for collating goals for group sustainability
• Be responsible for preparing data for internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to securing sustainability performance indicators into other performance follow-up tools to ensure that sustainability is integrated into the business
This position is placed in Malmö, Sweden and you will report to the Sustainability Analytics & Impact Manager.
