About your job
In this position, you focus on our financial reporting related to the Sustainability area, including the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and taxonomy. You implement the CSRD numerical metric reporting requirements, such as reporting frameworks and instructions, system implementation, consolidation and review processes, internal control rollouts, training and communication, as well as development of analysis reports and dashboards. You’re also the main point of contact for auditors regarding CSRD numerical metric data. You’re accountable and responsible for numerical metrics for the CSRD, taxonomy and will be involved in other upcoming sustainability frameworks. In our annual report, you ensure a correct sustainability numerical metric reporting.
In this important role, you’re a member of the Group Reporting and Consolidation Management team and have a dotted line to the Head of Sustainability. You also work closely with the Sustainability team, who are accountable and responsible for the overall interpretation and scope of the Sustainability regulations within Sandvik.
The location for this position is at our headquarters World Trade Center in Stockholm. We offer a hybrid work solution where two days per week can be spent working from another location.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a business or financial controller background combined with several years of finance related experience. You have a strong academical record containing a university degree. To thrive in this role, you need a genuine interest in sustainability topics as well as good project management and leadership skills. You like challenges and are a forward leaning person who’s fearless and gets momentum – perfect skills to use when driving and building a structured reporting, including instructions, system and training, from scratch. With your good communication skills, you create collaborative working environments. Acting locally in a truly global company calls for excellent skills in English, verbally and in writing.
