About the job
As our Sustainability Specialist you’re responsible for project management regarding sustainability within our organization. You help develop, initiate, implement and oversee the organization’s sustainability programs, ensuring that the outcome of our work is aligned with the needs and expectations of our stakeholders and our corporate targets and strategy. As an expert on sustainability, you will guide and support different functions, as well as advise and coach relevant partners, working actively to involve employees to integrate sustainability in our organization. You’re also responsible for having an overview of regulations and standards to ensure compliance and communication within the organization.
You must be able to promote and support sustainability activities and have a natural talent for navigating people you collaborate with, both externally and internally. You will lead workshops and training programs as well as driving different initiatives. Together we will work for a sustainability shift within the organization so that sustainability will be a natural part of everything we do.
This role is to be navigated from either Stockholm, at our Kista or Västberga sites, or in Sandviken.
About you
We’re looking for someone with a university degree or equivalent relevant to the sustainability area. You have at least a few years’ experience of working with sustainability in discrete manufacturing or other parts of the industry. You demonstrate exceptional project management abilities and sustainability knowledge and expertise. You should have communicative experience or skills as well as an understanding and interest in and preferably experience from working with auditing/reporting related to sustainability. You have an ability to follow, understand and analyze trends and changes related to sustainability, both on a local and international level. As we operate globally you need to have excellent verbal and writing skills in English, while Swedish is beneficial.

You work equally well alone as in teams and have the capacity to drive and initiate initiatives and lead projects in an agile, result driven and inclusive way. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to visualize our work on different, relevant platforms. You’re a true role model and are able to share and create understanding and enthusiasm about our sustainability work.
