Do you have a strong interest in ESG topics from a reporting perspective?

- Set reporting requirements related to ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance)

- Monitor regulatory changes and implement them in our external and internal reporting

- Prepare ESG related information as an integrated part of the financial data, ensuring correct and consistent message and numbers
What is needed in this role:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Finance, Business administration or equivalent
- Experience from the financial sector and sustainable finance, 3-5 years
- Good communication skills, verbally and in writing, in Swedish and English
- External reporting experience within ESG
- Knowledge in ESG reporting frameworks like GRI, CSRD, and the EU Taxonomy
- A pragmatic mindset and a problem solver. You need to be able to adapt to a complex and changing environment

Within our team we manage the Annual and Sustainability Report as well as any ad-hoc and re-occurring data requests in the sustainability area that Swedbank receives. To be successful in this position you will learn to be able to link information and resources together to get the information necessary for making changes. You should be curious and hungry to take lead in implementation initiatives as well as improve existing ways of working. You need to be a person who is comfortable working individually as well as in a team. A desire to lead and drive is a must.
