About the position
As our Sustainability Specialist you will develop, coordinate and compile internal and external sustainability reporting for the Annual Sustainability Report (including GRI disclosures), EU Taxonomy and other regulations and frameworks. Data management and analysis will be an important part of your role. Also, you will support implementation of Mycronic´s Group sustainability strategy and goals e.g. implementation of Science Based Targets and supply chain due diligence.
Primary responsibilities are:
* Establish processes to ensure fulfillment of sustainability regulatory requirements including internal and external reporting
* Set up internal systems and tools for efficient and secure sustainability data management
* Coordinate GRI data collection and manage CO2 calculations (GHG Protocol)
* Provide training in tools, principles and methods
* Drive global network for knowledge and best-practice in ESG data reporting
* Contribute to the annual sustainability report
* Provide content to the report
* Collect and analyze data and information gathered by divisions
* Coordinate contacts with divisions, external consultants and auditors
* Monitor global sustainability trends and requirements, initiate relevant activities and establish best practice
We are a global organization with subsidiaries in 13 countries. As part of your role, you will work closely together with several different internal and external parties, collaborating with people in different job positions and from different countries. We see that over time there is great opportunity for you to develop and take on further responsibilities within the field of sustainability.
Being part of Corporate Office Global Functions, you are based at the headquarters in Stockholm/Täby, reporting to Sustainability Manager.
Qualifications
* BSc or MSc in relevant area
* 3-5 year work experience within relevant area, sustainability data collection and reporting
* Knowledge of GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) standards and EU legislation about sustainability reporting
* Experience in carbon emissions calculations (GHG Protocol)
* Passion for numbers and data analysis
* Strong analytical, organizational and teamwork skills
* Strong language skills in written and verbal in English
* Engaging communicator who can present and communicate information in a clear way
* Ability to create relationships in a cross-functional organization
* Project Management skills
* Experience about sustainability reporting and science-based targets is an advantage
