Who you are
We are looking for a purpose lead senior leader for the Sustainability Transformation & Integration team at the Hubhult Office in Malmö. You will be part of the management team for Group Sustainability and report directly to the Chief Sustainability Officer for Ingka. Your will be a key player in delivering to our purpose to balancing economic growth and positive social impact with environmental protection and regeneration.

• Strong, purpose lead visionary, and resilient leadership skills with deep knowledge of leading a transformational change across a company

• Exceptionally strong change agent skills pushing for balancing economic growth and positive social impact with environmental protection and regeneration
• Great understanding on how to lead with a system thinking approach across eco-systems and how to measure non-financial performance
• Senior leadership competences with a genuine interest for leading and developing multidisciplinary teams of leaders and subject matter experts
• An ability to act as an inspiring spokesperson and visionary advocate who can influence societal change
• Proven track record of interdependent leadership by leading business agendas across organisations and with external stakeholders in a collaborative way, delivering results through others
• Broad and extensive experience as a senior manager within different parts of the IKEA organisation
What you'll be doing day to day
You will be responsible for holding together the different elements of the People and Planet Positive strategy to enable us to deliver to our 2030ambitions. Together with your team you will focus on how we integrate sustainability into the business and enable all co-workers and leadersacross the business to contribute to the transformation of Ingka to become People and Planet Positive.
More specifically, you will:
• Oversee the total strategic direction for the People and Planet Positive strategy and work together with the Strategy Managers to ensure a coherent and actionable strategy to deliver to our 2030 ambitions
• Work together with stakeholders across the business to enable the effective transformation of Ingka Group into a People and Planet Positive organisation
• Facilitate the integration of sustainability across the business by providing expertise, knowhow, tools, and training that empower others to lead effectively
• Be a supportive and critical partner, identifying risks and opportunities, and clarifying expectations based on agreed roadmaps
• Identify gaps in performance and hold respective functions responsible
• Secure Ingka-wide Sustainability competence development together with P&C, ensuring a consistent and anchored approach for Ingka
• Hold an overview of relevant, credible, and up to date insights and foresights work, including research commissioned by external parties, by
Group Sustainability, other parts of Ingka Group and across IKEA
• Lead, manage and coach the sustainability transformation and integration team; encourage development, support succession, and secure a high performing team
• Be an active member in relevant decision forums across Ingka Group and align with stakeholders throughout IKEA to secure a common approach and ambition level
• Serve as an external advocate/spokesperson for Ingka to position our brand, cultivate strategic partnerships and influence societal change
