Sustainable Business Development Manager

Synge is a French-Swedish social business company. Our income comes from green and social innovation consulting services within sourcing, business development and technical project management. We are supporting projects linked to ocean plastic recycling, green battery ecosystem creation, green mobility, etc. Our clients are both industrial leaders and scale-ups from Europe and the USA. We are currently looking for Sustainable Business Development Manager

Here are the tasks that you will be performing
Key account management – managing overall commercial relationships with existing clients, documenting and following up on the commercial actions
New clients scouting – define outreach strategy, reach out to new clients, run company presentations, etc
Manage apprentices – mentor and support Synge international apprentices within business development


Who we are looking for:
Educated in engineering and/or business
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience within technical business development or technical project management
High level of flexibility, e.g. high level of travelling, etc
Fluent in English and at least one more European language or Japanese
Excellent organization and communication skills
Previous experience in plastic or batteries are welcome
Strong alignment with Synge mission


Location:
This is a hybrid job with possibilities to work from home with frequent travels to Synge houses in France and Sweden plus international business trips
