Sustainable natural and organic global beauty brand Manasi 7 is currently seeking an assistant.
The position is located at our head office in Stockholm. We are seeking a person that can give office support to our team and you will be vital for the smooth-running of our business.
Prior office management experience preferred
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work without supervision
Excellent time management skills
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Manage Microsoft office programs
Strong prioritisation and organisation skills
Ability to handle confidential information
Strong record keeping skills
Assignments
⁃ Assisting in administrative tasks including sourcing, buying, sales, order fulfilment and overall office assistant to the current creative team and carry out their requests.
⁃ Assist in purchase orders and invoicing.
⁃ Manage correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail.
⁃ Project lead
⁃ Assisting in creating yearly marketing plans and make sure deadlines are met.
⁃ Right-hand person for CEO. Manage and keep track of CEO’s/Founder’s calendar and book/cancel meetings.
⁃ Maintain stock lists and orders office supplies as needed.
⁃ Create agendas and take meeting notes.
⁃ Ability to Multitask
Necessary skills
⁃ Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
⁃ Efficient and a” doer”
⁃ Fast learner
⁃ Able to take responsibility for own tasks and work independently.
⁃ Highly motivated problem solver
⁃ Organized
Preferred skills
⁃ Experience in working in excel, Fortnox, Sales box, Cost tracker. If no experience in these areas you need to be open to learning.
⁃ Experience in the beauty industry
⁃ Experience in sustainable production
⁃ Interest in sustainability and beauty
