THAT’S WHERE YOU COME IN,
As a Sustainable Sourcing Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be a part of our Sustainable Sourcing department at HQ in Malmö. Here you will be a part of autonomous sourcing units, where there is multiple stakeholders and collaboration points. There will be travels included in the role, primarily in Europe.
HERE´S THE THINGS YOU´D DO,
- Assess Raw material and Raw material supplier risks and link output to production site HACCP & Control plans
- Due diligence, validation & approval of Raw material suppliers on Quality, Food Safety & Sustainability
- Secure, validate & approve Raw material items on Quality, Food Safety & Sustainability
- Performance follow up and continuous Supplier Development
- Product incidents & Issue Resolution for Raw material
- Approve/reject suppliers in regard to quality, food safety and sustainability
- Secure updated verifying documentation

ARE YOU THE OATSOME PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
You have specific competence in the area of the material category raw materials and a B.Sc. in Food Science, Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry or similar scientific discipline. You have at least five years of experience from Food Safety & Quality Management from an international environment.
You have experience from:
- Auditing
- Raw Material HACCP Risk analysis
- Evaluation of vulnerabilities to food fraud and threats of malicious tampering
- Issue Resolution and Root Cause Analysis
- Quality methodologies & tools
- Food Hygiene & Microbiology
- Food Safety, GFSI Certifications, BRC, SQF, FSSC 22000
You are fluent in English oral and in writing.
To succeed in the role, you have great collaboration and communication skills. You are structured, but flexible, analytic and have a holistic approach.
Thinking about the big picture, rather than the job description bullet points, and prioritizing doing things for real rather than creating a perfect plan that never sees the light of day (even it is a very pretty plan).
