For our engagement center in the city center of Barcelona we are looking for a Swedish speaking
Customer Service Team Leader
You will lead a team of 10-15 advisors overseeing and securing both the quality and efficiency level of the work as well as the knowledge level of the team members.
We are mainly working on-site but putting to place a hybrid working model allowing work from home 1-2 days per week. Engagement Center is open 7 days per week, evening & weekend shifts rotating between the Team Leads.
What you'll do
- Coach and guide a team of advisors
- Evaluate work results and performance on an individual, group, and market level
- Identify training needs and execute some training modules, on both a group & individual level (in collaboration with the EC trainer)
- Secure the onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support and coordinate administrative and global initiatives/tasks upon request
- Join in local and global projects
- Perform advisor tasks to stay up to date regarding customer queries
What you should have
- Experience in a Customer Service leadership role in a call center environment and the right attitude required to run the daily operations
- Ability to speak Swedish on a native level
To be able to succeed in this role you are a natural communicator: able to provide constructive feedback, manage escalations and communicate strategy in a logical and understandable way.
Working for Lynk & Co
The annual gross salary for this role is between 24 000 - 30 600 EUR depending on experience.
