We are now looking for a SVP Partnerships to join our team in Stockholm.


About the role
One of our key strategic initiatives is to grow our subscriber base and business through Partnerships, deploying commercial strategies & tactics unique to each market. A key pillar to deliver this for us lies in the role of the SVP Partnerships.
As SVP Partnerships at Storytel, you will be leading, setting and communicating a partnership strategy that enables your team and cross-functional teams to effectively prioritize their work. You’re part of a central team in an international matrix-organisation, and will work closely with both central teams and local markets to ensure we grow our customer base on a global level.


Responsibilities in the role
Develop and deploy the strategy for Global Partnerships at Storytel
Grow Storytel’s subscriber user base through existing partnerships and identify and negotiate new partnerships globally focusing on strategic regions.
You will ensure every partnership has solid governance, strategy and processes in place
You will effectively collaborate with cross-functional colleagues of diverse backgrounds and cultures, seeking and providing context so that you and other teams can make good decisions and be highly aligned across functions
As a member of the management team will actively participate in and contribute to internal discussions and debates regarding Storytel’s challenges and strategy



About you
A university degree in Business or similar
10+ years of proven professional experience in areas as partnerships, business management, and strategy.
Commercial and growth hacking mindset and strong ownership for developing the business.
Experience from successful high-growth digital consumer business, media/entertainment or tech, preferably in a streaming or subscription service context.
Experience working in an international matrix-organisation
Demonstrated experience in building strong teams through solid leadership skills
Professional level of English, both written and spoken.
