As Senior Vice President Service Market Logistic you will have global responsibility for the performance and development of Service Market Logistic. You will report to the EVP of Group Trucks Operations, Volvo Group.
Mission
Lead the development, implementation and performance of Service market Logistics activities for the Volvo Group
Secure that all services within the area are made in an efficient and sustainable way, thereby reducing costs, disruption and environmental impact
Participate actively in the management team of Group Trucks Operations



Main Activities and Responsibilities
Deliver the agreed and committed overall objectives for Service Market Logistics
Responsibility to develop, implement and perform Service Market Logistics for the Volvo Group
Drive the digitalization journey within Service Market Logistics for Dealer simplicity and Customer Success
Lead the development of future services within Service Market adding value for Dealers, Brands and Customers
Overall responsibility that the services produced by Service Market Logistics are delivered according to agreed targets
Coach, challenge and develop the Service Market Logistics management team, and develop engagement, knowledge and a culture teamwork and care in the entire organization
Ensure that each part of Service Market Logistics has, and is motivated to achieve, clearly formulated and agreed plans which are aligned with Group Trucks Operations total business plan and strategy
Champion the culture aimed at giving a strong image of the unit and being in line with AB Volvo values and principles
Initiate and follow up restructuring and improvement projects
Act in close co-operation with other AB Volvo units globally to efficiently develop and deliver services and products with the right Quality, Delivery time and Cost within agreed budget

With a real talent for cultural integration, and business development the SVP Service Market Logistics hold a university/master’s degree or equivalent and is able to demonstrate successful international and multi-cultural business experience. As SVP you need to have extensive experience of senior line management within a supply chain environment.
In a group that values customer success, change, passion, performance, trust the SVP is above all an effective business leader with a clear vision of the business for the future. This includes good understanding of the commercial vehicle industry, digitalization and business analyses.
