SW & Control System Test Engineer

Modis is currently looking for a creative and innovative engineer to work within the SW/Control System Test & Simulation competence team to develop automated & manual test cases and perform testing in MIL/SIL/HIL test environments of different type of Software and Control Systems in electrical and autonomous vehicle. This will include software systems for Vehicle Motion, Thermal, Battery Management, AD, Infotainment, Body System, etc.

The team is working according to agile methods and mind set as well as closely together with other teams in different areas in a global organization. We are working with continuous improvement of our ways-of-working, and this role will be part of that work.

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 3-5 years of experience of develop and perform software testing in different type of test environments as MIL, SIL, OL/CL HIL, sub-system and system test environments
• Experience of SW in different vehicle domains, CAN, LIN, Autosar, Linux, Ethernet, Functional Safety (ISO 2262)
• Experience of Matlab/Simulink, C/Python, Canoe, CAPL, IPG CarMaker, ECU Test, dSpace Control Desk, NI TestStand, NI VeriStand or similar
• Fluent in English both spoken and written
