SW Design for Embedded Systems

We help satisfying the increasing need for fast and accurate information and situation awareness and decision support by equipping defense-, government- and security agencies with advanced radar sensors and tailor made information networks. Over the years more than 3000 sensors have been delivered worldwide and today our products are operational in more than 30 countries. The Product Development has approx 650 employees. The section DD/L is responsible for the C3, Training Systems and Computer platforms to internal and external customer. Your role As a SW designer in our team you will work with design of the runtime platform, system administrator, implementation, installation and integration. You will work close together with people from HW design and Signal- and Data processing application design. You will also participate in pre-studies and feasibility studies. The work may also include improvement of SW development methods and implementation of new tools/environments. Your qualifications Technical competence: .[Experience of shell script programming, automatic installation and configuration of Linux and UNIX operating systems .[Experience of system administration .[Knowledge in IP network communication .[Knowledge of development tools like Clear Case .[Good technical writing, communicative skills Personal skills .[You should be able to work equally good individually as well as in a team. .[Result oriented and flexible .[Good interpersonal and social networking skills
