Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.

Are you ready to transform your knowledge into real actions together with an amazing team where you need to take lead in strategical solutions for easy integration and fast development.

We’re a fun team of six developers, a Scrum Master, a Safety engineer and a manager. We always strive to learn by training sessions, being with the users and Mob-programming.

For us it’s important to have team members who care about sustainable but pragmatic solutions and deliveries. We rely on good communication and agile cross functional team work. We need you who enjoy the challenge in finding unknown solutions with the team or in open source and industry communities. We dare to try with safety in mind and we learn by doing.

We’re looking for developers to help us in the development of a world class CI/CD pipeline throughout the whole value stream Autonomous onboard solutions.

The responsibility for the team includes the autonomous systems department for Scania and also its global partner brands. This is a complex and broad development environment with new tools and technologies, always in need of learn, measure and implementation without interruption in the feature development for our vehicle and services.

You will have the opportunity to combine a role as an everyday developer with fast feedback from the users and working with Git, Conan, CMake, Docker, GitLab CI, Ansible and Adaptive Autosar and QNX.


• Technical senior developer with responsibility for strategic work with our tools and our tool chain.

• Senior developer with responsibility for our ever changing Backlog and visualisation of our Roadmap

In this role you will be able to use your previous experience as a feature developer or DevOps developer and further develop both your technical and leader skills.

We’re in a phase of understanding needs, improving and setting up our tool chain. This entails a lot of own responsibility and drive to systematically bring in and transfer new knowledge and tools to the team and operations.

To enjoy the working task, we think you already fulfil at least two of these requirements:


• Sc. , M.Sc. and/or Ph.D. degree (Embedded, Computer Science or similar).
• Comfortable working with Linux and C++
• Professional experience of at least one of our tools mentioned above
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps and Agile
