Description
As a QA Manager, you will be leading the design and implementation of the quality assurance process and framework for both the development organization and individual projects.

Tasks
• Work with backlog stakeholders and development teams to define QA requirements
• Define, implement and document QA processes and verification framework
• Drive an organization-wide QA mindset and ways of working
• Drive requirements trace-ability from customer to software unit
• Ensure development teams follow the QA processes (testing, processes, and trace-ability)
• Define and implement interface processes between the automotive waterfall processes and the agile development processes
• Continuously guide and coach the organization in the QA process

Qualifications
• Experience with software development QA process, and the common QA toolchain
• Experience with automated test frameworks at both the system and functional level
• Experienced with the agile software development process and concepts such as continuing
integration and deployment
• Experience with ASPICE and ISO26262 is a plus
• Ability to coach and mentor the people around you
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
