Job description:
- Provide support for users (both internal / external) in the applications: Techtool, Matris, Prosis, CareTrack, TwinGina, IQAN, ABG Tools(All the way down from Global ? Regional ? Dealers ? Mechanics)
- Support when Engine replacements / downgrades need to be done on machines out in the field.
- Participate in New Soft Product projects to secure future support.

Main tasks:
- Support users and help them to solve problems, otherwise assign the case to responsible person.
- Be a filter between users and System Managers.
- Coordinate helpdesk function; EMEA ? AMERICAS ? APAC - CHINA
- Continuously inform the System Managers, Product Specialists, Training a.o of known application problems.
- Help out with material and information during e.i regional Brush-ups.
- Update Baldo subscription user database.
- Update VDA with campaign info.
- Update Argus when a Techtool case comes in.
- Update Remedy when a CareTrack case comes in.

Qualifications / Key skills:
- University degree in IS/IT or equivalent experience
- Good knowledge about VCE products is desirable
- Knowledge about and interest for system integration
- Knowledge about the Aftermarket operation and relevant systems is an advantage.
- Good communication and presentations skills
- Good skills in Swedish & English, both written and oral.
