SW Test Engineer

About the job
We are currently looking for a proactive and goal-oriented SW Test Engineer to join our System Engineer team. In this role you will be responsible for SW tests on SW and system integration and on qualification levels. You will also ensure seamless integration to DevOps systems and participate in the implementation of the DevOps customized to our company needs.

To fit in this role, you need to be a team-player and enjoy a close collaboration with developers from different disciplines and expertise areas within our company as well as have the capability to manage own tasks independently and efficiently.
The position is based in Kista, Sweden.

Responsibilities:

- Design software test automation architecture for our embedded systems
- Participate in building and using the HIL and SIL environment
- Plan and implement test cases for software as part of product development team
- Participate in the implementation of DevOps customized to our company needs
- Support product validation


Qualification and experience:

- MSc or BSc in SW development or Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience in SW testing, test planning, and test automation
- Experience in scripting languages (such as Python, MATLAB)
- Experience of embedded C programming
- Capable of investigating and choosing a suitable test framework
- Experience of building HIL and/or SIL
- Used to work with agile SW development and test as well as DevOps
