Who are we
The Door Control, Locking & Alarm Team within ART Side & Roof (Vehicle Platform Solution), owns, design and develop functions for Locking, Alarm and different openings of the vehicle (such as windows, doors and tailgate) to provide the best customer user experience in our future vehicles.
To strengthen our SW team, we are now looking for an SW tester for Door control, locking & alarm, who has worked on development as well as multiple test automation platforms and frameworks with knowledge into how to best utilize our testing environment.
Focus or responsibilities will be to assist in setting up the test bench, bring up the software component test cases and enable it with Continuous Integration (CI) chain. You will be working along with the Software developers and system designers to gather inputs, implement and perform testing of the requirements. Some of the responsibilities shall be as follows:
- Implement Automated test cases for software in component
- Communicating with multiple stakeholders on a day-to-day basis
Who you are:
You are someone who has worked on C++ code, python for testing and who is technically sound. You should be comfortable communicating with multiple stakeholders and taking a lead to present solutions to the team.
It’s important that you are a structured, and self-motivated team player who will demonstrate contribution and collaboration.
Required qualifications:
· B.Sc. grade within Electrical, Computer, Engineering Physics or equivalent level of education
· Working knowledge of C/C++ (2-3 years)
· Working knowlge of Python (2-3 years)
· Familia with testing preferably automation
· Familiar with Git/Gerrit
· Embedded knowledge / Linux experience
· Knowledge of Software Development, Verification and Validation
Bonus Skill:
· Matlab/Simulink
· Automotive experience
· Familiar with CI
· Familiar with Agile way of working
· Robot Test framework
· Working knowledge in hardware-in-loop environments
·
· Verification in vehicles at system or functional level or experience from test
automation
· Experience with CANoe and CANalyzer
