Sweden General Manager

The position is country manager for Hatch’s business in Sweden, reporting to the Regional Director for Europe.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential
· Established, long time, committed senior Hatch staff member and shareholder.
· Experience executing Hatch assignments through senior management roles including conceptual engineering studies, preliminary and basic engineering, and execution projects.
· Extensive project and business experience in the mining and metals processing industries.
· Experience developing Hatch business opportunities, with deep knowledge of the Hatch business and its clients’ needs and preferences.
· Capable to assemble international multi-discipline teams needed to execute Hatch projects including knowledge of the structure of the Hatch business and contacts to facilitate team formation.
Key Responsibilities
· Overall responsibility for the direction and management of the Hatch business in Sweden.
· Communicate effectively the Hatch company vision, mission and values, (Our Manifesto). Create a Hatch business working according to the Hatch culture.
· Coordination of the Hatch Sweden business with other offices and supporting services.
· Client engagement for business development.
· Sponsorship of key client relationships and project assignments in Sweden.
· Responsible for relationships with external stakeholders in Sweden, e.g. government agencies, industry associations, academic institutions, third party service providers and others.
