As an Account Executive for our client, you will help organizations manage their online recruitment strategy more effectively. You will create relationships with and advocate job search technology to leading companies across multiple regions. Your passion to learn and connect will ultimately help more organizations find and hire great people.









Responsibilities

 

Drive growth by selling products & services to SMB and Enterprise organizations

Develop real connections through phone, email, social media, and professional networking

You'll conduct live product demonstrations over the phone, via webinar, and face-to-face

You will analyze client success and present monthly advertising analytics reports

Build and grow client relationships by sharing knowledge and demonstrating how to use our product


  

Who you are

 

Native in Swedish, fluent in English

At least 1 year of B2B full-sales-cycle experience
Relevant experience in a sales environment managing an existing book of business with a focus on consultative selling & increasing spend

Strong ability to forecast against your targets

Experience managing accounts within an online Client Relationship Management (CRM) system

Passion to educate our clients, provide an excellent experience and sell, while focused on solutions






Benefits

 

Base salary range of 35,000 - 50,000 EUR per year + Quarterly Bonus + Uncapped Commission of 5% for every Euro

Full relocation support (booked and paid flight, 30 days temporary accommodation, relocation grant, help with finding accommodation)

Monthly work-from-home allowance of around €110 after tax
