MultiMind Bemanning AB offers staffing and recruitment services. Our niche is to supply staff with language skills and international experience within Logistics, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, HR and IT.

Do you speak Finnish and Swedish and have previous experience working with Technical Sales? Do you enjoy Technology, sales and having many contact persons? Then this Business Development Agent role might be a perfect fit for you! This is a recruitment for our customer and you’ll start working sometime after the summer. The office you’ll be working in is located in the northern parts of Stockholm, with good public transport options.

E-commerce distributor of technical products in the Nordic region. The company sells up to 200 000 different products from well-known brands such as Fluke, Honeywell, Omron as well as their own brand. The company has more than 50 years experience in the industry and is part of a large European organization with several sales offices across Europe. Together, they have more than one million customers and approximately 400 employees.

The role 

The role as Business Development Agent includes a variety of different work tasks. This is a Sales Support role where you will primarily team up with and support Business Development Managers working on the field. You will work with both handling incoming requests as well as with proactive sales activities. To fit in this role, you must have a strong technical interest and preferably have worked with technical sales. Some of your work tasks will be:

- Handling requests

- Contact with suppliers

- Lead identification, qualification, contacting and consulting

- Quoting and deal closing

- Order management in SAP

  Your profile

You must be fluent in  English  as well as either  Finnish and Swedish  and have experience working with technical sales/a very strong technical interest and proven technical understanding. Apart from that, your personality is the most important part. To fit in this role, we believe you enjoy having many liaisons and we also think you're a service minded and flexible teamplayer. Furthermore, you enjoy working in a high pace role and environment.

Additionally, you have/are at least a few of the following:

Skills in Swedish or other Nordic languages (in addition to your fluency in Finnish, Danish or Norwegian)
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office’s different programs
Technical/Sales/Marketing/Business studies or equivalent education or job experience with positive track record
Digital skills: understands and takes full use of enablers like CRM, E Commerce and digital marketing channels
Worked in a B2B setting
Experience working with an international team
Experience working with  SAP
