Claim:
Knowledge of sales methods and experience in customer service (preferably telephone sales from business to the company).
Good IT business software knowledge. Be results-driven with a positive "can-do" attitude and proactive approach to work.
Good problem solving, negotiation and sales competence with the ability to listen actively to identify priority customer needs.
Ability to handle customer sales inquiries in a friendly, responsive and efficient manner.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team with a strong drive for sales results.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
3 languages are seen as a plus.


Tasks:
Hunt through both cold and hot leads to generate new sales opportunities for our customers around the world according to campaign schedule and delivered partner/client lists.
Generate, qualify, nurture and deliver leads and opportunities by developing and operating effective call and sales strategies based on valid, customer-specific information.
Permanent database verification, updating and checking in a designated system containing business information about clients.
Ensuring that commercial goals are met - achieving individual call volume, setting appointments or lead goals on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Promoting customers' products added value.
