David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Tech services company who are looking to recruit Swedish speaking Customer Success Account Manager for their UK offices.
Position: Customer Success Account Manager
Location: Remote, UK
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Create and nurture relationship with the customers
Actively contact customers during their subscription year and provide solution guidance & support
Optimize the customers product experience and guide them to internal support teams and external resources
Ensure customer satisfaction and their annual subscription renewal
Identify and generate opportunities for additional licences, products or services.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native/fluent in Swedish, both oral and written. Fluent in English
Great communicator with ability to persuade and negotiate
Minimum 6 months experience in a Sales of Customer support roles
Customer oriented with ability to build and nurture the relation
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
An ability of work within tight timescales and to the deadline
"Can-do" attitude and proactive approach
Computer literate with sound knowledge of MS Office package
Residing in UK with pre-settlement status
