As a key employee of the Customer Service Team, you will be the first point of contact with the Swedish-speaking players through live chat, email, and phone calls. The end goal is to deliver the best possible experience for each customer. Some of your responsibilities in this role include greeting and communicating with customers in a warm and empathetic fashion, helping them with all their questions, and informing them about the products and deals on offer. 



You’re a good fit for the job if you

Are a native Swedish speaker

Posses great English language skills (C1 level)

Are willing to work shifts
Have a genuine interest in iGaming and are eager to learn more

Already gained some experience in interacting with customers
Have a positive mindset with a can-do attitude

Are a Team Player

Are an excellent listener and problem-solver






The employer offers

Competitive salary starting at €25,000 a year + Performance bonus of up to 10% after passing the probation

Salary that increases by 1,500€ every year
Relocation Package (flight to Malta + 2 weeks accommodation)

Choose between a day shift or night shift contract (day shift: work 5 days, get 3 days off / night shift: work 4 nights, get 4 nights off)
