Accommodation customer service staff in Fuengirola!
Are you looking for challenges, opportunities, and responsibilities? We are looking for solution-focused and goal-oriented customer service staff to work in the customer service of our accommodation customers. You may be the person we are looking for and the piece missing from our team! We at Barona, Fuengirola’s service center, hope to find a team of motivated and outgoing customer service representatives to reinforce our team for the fall starts!
Are you motivated and ready to go under the Spanish sun? We are looking for you, a sales-oriented customer service representative, for our team at Barona Fuengirola Service Center.
In the customer service team, you are an important part of our customer service in the accommodation industry. It is your job to respond to our customers' inquiries regarding various accommodation solutions. As a customer service representative, you solve their problems, map out the need for additional services, and offer a first-class customer service experience. The uncompromising goal of our team is superior service experience. Customer service and sales are multi-channel by phone, e-mail and chat / Whatsapp. In addition to Swedish, we also serve our customers in English. Knowledge of Norwegian and/or Danish is considered as an advantage.

We offer you a permanent and full-time (39 h/week) employment in Fuengirola’s largest company, where you can become part of our energetic work community and develop into a multi-channel customer service and sales super expert. We hope that you can commit to the task for at least a year, and we require the possibility to work shifts.
The work starts with a comprehensive orientation, so you don't have to be a skilled expert. The most important thing is the attitude and desire to develop into a sales customer service professional! We value your Swedish and English language skills and your knowledge Norwegian and / or Danish is to your advantage.
The salary is determined in accordance with the local telecenter industry collective agreement and we pay a fixed monthly salary for the work. In addition, we pay a performance bonus for efficiency as well as sales based on what you do on a daily basis, so you can use your own contribution to influence what your monthly earnings will look like.
