What you will need to succeed


Fluency in Swedish (minimum C1) and good understanding of English (minimum B2)

Valid work permit for Portugal or Union European Citizenship

Experience in customer service / call center environment (preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit

Fast learning capacity

Ablilty to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information



What will you do?


Communicate with customers via phone, chat and email

Track cases to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner

Maintain high customer satisfaction, while representing a major brand

Provide and maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners and show empathy at all times

Work towards achieving goals as set by the customer and internal
