Are you willing to work as a Swedish Customer Support Representative for a leading telecommunications company and mobile network operator?

Responsibilities:
Communicating through chat & phone with customers
Answering how-to questions
Troubleshooting customers' issues
Create amazing experience that customers value

Requirements:

Native level of Swedish
Advanced level of English
Great communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
Computer knowledge/tech savviness
Relocation to Crete, Greece
EU Passport holder
Ready to live a unique experience in Chania
