Our client is an established Sports and eSports betting bookmaker with their HQ in Ta' Xbiex. They are active on the Swedish sports betting market and wish to expand their Swedish team, providing you with an opportunity to work in Malta and explore this beautiful island.

  

As a Customer Service Agent for the Swedish market, you will handle the daily questions and concerns regarding the use of our client's betting platform. The main channel of communication with the customers is through live chat. You may also assist the English-speaking team during busy times, so a good command of the English language is crucial.  

You will work in a shift-based system between the hours of 8 AM and 10 PM.


The ideal candidate

Is fluent in Swedish and English

Is passionate about (e)Sports and (e)Sports betting

Has at least 1 year of experience in a customer service job

Is looking for a longer stay in Malta - at least 2 years. Don't forget to bring sunscreen!

Annual salary of €27,000
