Swedish Manager/Team Lead - Tik Tok

DKR are delighted to be working with an industry leading Telecommuncations business and supporting them through their growth plans throughout 2020. This is a brand new piece of business which was launched in March 2020.

Are you passionate about the online world? As a Manager/Team Leader you will manage and support on a daily basis a Content Moderation team/dept who are reviewing and moderating business content posted on Social Media.

Requirements
. Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Spanish or Swedish(Essential)
. Experience managing teams/or team within a BPO/Shared Service/Contact Centre (Essential)
. Have at least 1-2 years as an Agent or Manager within a Content Moderation/Review related role(ideal)
. Fluency in English (minimum level B2);
. Ability to distinguish self-beliefs from moderated content and policies;
. Motivated and with a positive attitude;
. Experience in dealing/managing high volumes of online content;
. Availability to work in 24/7 rotating shifts, from Monday to Sunday (mandatory)
. Eligibility to live and work in Portugal (unrestricted).
