About the position:
Being a Operations agent consists of areas like: - Handling communication with customers via e-mail, phone, chat and social media - Analyzing and evaluating more complicated customer applications to deliver suitable offers - Translation from Swedish and English to other languages - Work close to our marketing and business development team
We are truly passionate about being on the customers side and creating an outstanding customer experience and improving there financial health. As a part of our tightly knit team you will impact the customer and the success of the company!
We're staffed between 08.00 and 20.00 and you will work mainly during evenings and weekends, but work during the day will also be possible. You will be running on a monthly flexible schedule.
We believe you:
- Have excellent communication skills in your language and English
- Are keen to learn and willing to take initiative
- Are self-motivated, fearless and have a great desire to contribute to the team and spread a positive atmosphere around you.
- Can work in average 15-20 hours per week and both weekends and weekdays
