Responsibilities and tasks:
 Daily admin of HR Admin worktasks
 Together with your colleagues, be involved in developing and digitizing HR Admin
 Handle incoming inquiries through email or phone call
 Issue service certificates and work certificates
 Apply for approval for security clearance
 Onboarding and offboarding of employees
 Registration and upload/save documents in HR system
 Administrate changes in employment conditions
 Send out 12 months letter
 Application and cancelling SIS-ID


Qualifications:
 2 – 4 years of experience
 Swedish or norwegian language skills - professional level
 It is an advantage if you have post-secondary education in HR, administration etc.


It is an advantage if you have knowledge/experience with following software:
 HR systems
 Office package
