We are looking for a Swedish, or Norwegian speaking, Mentor to join one of our exciting projects in Barcelona. We work with leading brands from tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, and many more industries.

Your benefits with us:
Full-time contract, 39 hours/week: Monday - Thursday 9:00 to 18:00 Friday 9:00 to 17:00 or 10:00 to 18:00.
Salary: 17,923 Euros gross/year + up to 2,200 Euros gross/year in bonus.
Great office location in Barcelona.

What you’ll experience with us
As a Mentor in our team, you will:
Deal with and manage sensitive cases
Do daily workload distribution/daily planning.
Do daily follow-up on workload for the team.
Brief the team on promotions/products and follow-up on these topics.
Support as first contact person for any country related issues.
Support agents and BO with DTC & Tassimo issues.
Communicate with DTC & Tassimo management daily.
Call and case monitor (TAM).
Follow up on specific cases as per BO requests.
Be the point of contact for various marketing teams.
Deliver country specific training for new agents.
Be flexible for shifts/sat needed.
Take part in team meetings/conference calls with BO.

We’ll be a great match if you:
Have native-level or are proficient in Swedish, or Norwegian, and fluent in English.
Possess excellent customer care skills.
Have experience in working in a fast-paced environment (is a plus).
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Know-how customer’s technical procedures (preferred).
Are a creative problem resolution person.
Are a team player.
Have a positive attitude and are proactive.
