Social Media Service Agent
Do you fancy working abroad and in an office-based environment?
Aimed profile: Experience in any tech support or similar customer care experience plus holds an EU-passport, Europass, or Irish Stamp 4 eligibility.
Our client: Is a leading professional services company with capabilities in strategy, consulting, digital, technology, and operations. The role is to work on-site and perform the duties listed for their client, a popular social media platform. Also, the company is a multicultural and has welcoming athmosphere.
You will do: Entry-level. Helping users with queries about social media platforms.
As Social Media Service Agent, you will become an expert in the support experience for public figures, content creators, and media companies
Skills and Requirements:
. Advanced level of written and spoken English a second European language - Swedish language proficiency C1/C2 (Bilingual or Native)
. Written and verbal communication skills
. Some experience in online operations or technical support in a contact center environment
. Strong skillset around attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to drive results
. Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-changing corporate environment and work cross-functionally across multiple time zones and functions
. Industry and business knowledge of online marketing space, content creation, digital publishing, and/or media companies preferred

More details:
. Benefits: Health Insurance, Pension, cycling to work scheme, EAP, Bank Holidays (option to get a day in lieu or paid for the bank holiday), etc. (Health Insurance, only after the probation period).
Annual salary: 28,225
. Contract: 1 year / Fix term with the opportunity to extension
. Working hours: Mon - Fri (9-18)
. Location: Beckett Building (D3)
