About this opportunity
Welcome to the Mortgage Lending SE 2 team. We add value by performing operational procedures connected with various requests sent from our customers in Sweden. As Swedish Speaker, Poland (Łódź) you’ll play a valuable role in delivering banking services according to standards and in being coureagously innovative to exceed customers’s expectations.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing customers products related with mortgages
* Broadening knowledge of banking services
* Creating, developing and updating process documentation
* Working with internal applications and procedures to meet customers ever-changing needs, as well as working with methodologies that help improve our way of working, to be more effective and productive in our tasks
* Collaborating across borders with colleagues in Scandinavian countries
The role is based in Łódź.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
* Have ability to make independent decisions (willing to think outside the box)
* Have analytical mindset
* Have good knowledge of MS Office tools

Your experience and background:
* Swedish native or at least C1 level
* English on a communicative level (at leat B2)
* University degree and previous international experience (not a requirement but seen as a benefit)
